The ARRI Diopter Stage is an intermediary filter holder placed between your LMB series matte box and clamping adapter ring. It allows one to use 138mm diopters/proxars (or any other 138mm filter) in conjunction with 4×5.65 filters. It can be used with any LMB 4×5 filter sized matte box. The stage also has a built-in friction wheel for adjusting the placement of split diopters.
